The first choice for the studio/ lead player, this medium bore model offers a focused sound with a solid core. The S42 is ideal for the player that desires the ease of response a Schilke instrument provides with more resistance and tighter slotting than the B6 model. It has a .450” medium bore and a 5” yellow brass bell with a #2 medium large taper. Trumpets are available in the highest quality silver or gold plated finish. The bell is also available in sterling silver or beryllium.
